Individual Counseling

I work primarily with adults and teenagers struggling with a lack of fulfillment in their lives. This can present as depression, anxiety, or just a general malaise and dissatisfaction with life. Together we identify areas of opportunity for change and implement strategies to make a lasting difference in your life. 

Couples Counseling

If you are experiencing challenges in your relationship and both partners are committed to making it work then couples counseling may be for you. We will work with you to build communication and connection in your relationship. We offer a non-judgmental environment that can help each partner understand and accept each other.

Virtual Counseling

If you are unable to meet in person we offer both video and email sessions.  The sessions are structured exactly like traditional counseling and offer a personal and confidential environment. If you require any special assistance, please communicate your needs and we will accommodate as we are able.

Individual and Virtual Counseling

55 minute session - $165

90 minute session - $265

Couples Counseling

55 minute session - $195

90 minute session - $295

Phone calls for emergencies are taken if the therapist is available.  Charges are in 10 minute increments at the regular session prorated amount.

Sliding Scale is available on a limited basis and is based on need.

Insurance

• United Healthcare - In-network Provider

 Also, I am able to provide you with the necessary documentation for you to submit with your insurance company for reimbursement.  Reimbursement is based on your specific insurance plan.
